Tander Automotive: a financially stable organization with experience of many years in the field of vehicles in Bulgaria, the largest and contemporary necessary equipment in the capital city, established service traditions for both retail and flееt customers, a preferred partner for suppliers, insurance companies, financial institutions and all serviced by us customers. Having started its activity more than 25 years ago, today Tander Corporation unites 16 companies offering all contemporary services in the field of sales, service, repair and restoration of light and heavy weight
vehicles.

We declare that the personal data that we collect will be used only for the following goals: for provision of the products and services that you have requested and which you use with us, as well as during the execution of pre-contractual or contractual relations for purchase, awarding, reporting, acceptance and payment. It may be also used for statistical purposes of the Group related to the improvement of the quality of our services and we will also send you messages for promotions, news, and new products and services.

The reason that entitles us to process your data is: The reason for processing your personal data is your explicit consent, expressed by signing of this statement.

The following organizations/persons will receive your personal data: We do not need and not consider sharing your personal data with third parties. It is possible in case of tax inspections, the officials of the National Revenue Agency to have access to invoices or other primary accounting documents, containing your names, personal number, and address.

Consent: With your consent to accept this Privacy Statement (notification of confidential treatment of personal data), you allow us to process your personal data only for the specified by us purposes. The consent is needed for us to be able to process your personal data, but it is need it to be explicit. If you do not like us to process your personal data, TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD will not take into consideration your request for provision of an offer and/or marketing messages.

Handing over of the personal data to a non-EU country or to an international organization TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD does not consider or has no obligation to hand over your personal data to
third parties (without your prior additional consent).

Period of data storage
TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD will store your personal data for a period of not more than 1 year after an offer has been requested or until you withdraw your consent, in case that you have requested receipt of
marketing messages, and the data will be stored on paper or a local digital carrier, protected against unauthorized leakage or damage in the most contemporary ways.

At any time while we are storing or processing your personal data, you (according to the terminology of the law – the data subject) have the following rights:• you have the right to request a copy of your personal data from TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD and the right to access your personal data at any time;

  • you have the right to request from TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD your personal data in a form convenient for transfer to another personal data administrator or to request us to do so without being impeded on our part;
  • you have the right to request from TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD to correct, without unnecessary delay, your inaccurate personal data, as well as the data that are not current;
  • you have the right to request from TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD your personal data to be deleted without unnecessary delay in case of any of the following reasons:
    • the personal data are not needed any more for the purposes, for which they have been collected;
    • when you have withdrawn your consent (except in the presence of contractual relations);
    • when the processing is illegal;
    • when the personal data shall be deleted for meeting a legal obligation under the EU Law or the law of a Member State that is applied to us as a personal data administrator;

  • We may reject to delete your personal data for the following reasons:
    • in case of exercising the right to freedom of expression and the right of information;
    • for meeting a legal obligation on our part or for performing a task of public interest;
    • in case there is a contract signed between you and TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD and up to 5 years after its termination;
    • in case of exercising official powers granted to us;
    • for reasons of public interest in the field of public health;
    • for the purposes of archiving in public interest, for scientific or historical researches or for statistical purposes, insofar it is likely the deletion to make impossible or seriously to hinder the achievement of the purposes of that processing; or for settling, exercising, or protecting of legal claims.
  • you have the right to request from TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD to limit the processing of your personal data, and in that case the data will be only stored, but not processed. Our reject for limiting will be explicitly only in writing and we are obliged to ground it with a legal reason;
  • you have the right to withdraw your consent for processing of your personal data at any time with a separate request addressed to the administrator, except in the presence of contractual relations;
  • you have the right to object to certain types of processing, such as direct marketing (unrequested advertising messages);
  • you have the right to object to automated processing, including profiling;
  • you have the right not to be a subject of a decision based solely on automated processing including profiling;

All above mentioned requests will be resent to a third party, if there is a third party, to which we have submitted your personal data for processing.

Disclosure of your personal data

TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD shall provide conditions, according to which the personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties, including family members, friends, public authorities, even investigating ones, if there is a reasonable doubt that they are not required by the established order. All employees/workers should be cautious when they are requested to disclose stored personal data of another person to a third party. It is important to be considered whether or not the disclosure of information is related to the needs of the activity performed by the organization. Employees shall pass a special training and periodic briefings for avoiding the risk of such a breach. Transfer to third countries

Each export of data outside the EU to non-EU countries (specified in the General regulation as “third countries”) is illegal, except if there is not an appropriate “level of protection of the main rights of the subjects of data”. Your rights as a subject of data

If you have submitted your personal data to TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD, you as a subject of data have the following rights in relation to the processing of data, as well as to the
data, which are saved about you:

  • To request confirmation for verification if personal data related to you are processed and, if so, to obtain access to the data, as well as information about the recipients of that data;
  • To request a copy of your personal data from the administrator;
  • To request the administrator to correct personal data when they are inaccurate and when they are no longer up to date;
  • To request the administrator to delete personal data (the right “to be forgotten”);
  • To request the administrator to restrict the processing of personal data, in which case the data will be only stored, but not processed;
  • To object to the processing of your personal data;
  • To object to the processing of personal data related to you for the purposes of direct marketing;
  • To appeal to a supervising authority if you believe that any of the provisions of the CRPD is breached;
  • To request the personal data to be provided to you in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format;
  • To withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data at any time with a separate request addressed to the administrator;
  • Not to be a subject of automated decisions affecting you to a significant degree without the possibility of human interference;
  • To oppose to automated profiling, which happens without your consent.

TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD provides conditions, which guarantee the exercise of these rights by the subject of data:

  • Subjects of data may request data access as described in the Subject’s Requests Management Procedure. The mentioned procedure also describes how TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD will ensure that the response to the data subject’s request meets the requirements of the General Regulation.
  • Subjects of data have the right to submit complaints to TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD related to the processing of their personal data. The processing of a request from the subject of data and the appeal on the part of the subject of data in relation to the way complaints are processed shall be conducted in accordance with the Procedure for the ways of communication in case of complaints and requests from the subjects of data. 

Children

When TANDER AUTOMOTIVE EAD processes children’s personal data, it shall be received the permission of the individuals exercising parental rights (parents, guardians, etc.). This requirement is applied in connection with children under the age of 16.

Policy validity and update

We may periodically update our personal data protection policy. In case of a change in the current policy, a notice will be published on our website, as well as the updated personal data protection policy.
